Shipping Policy

We ship within Germany via DHL/Deutsche Post, typically dispatching within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Since every item is a unique secondhand piece, we pack carefully but can't guarantee against all courier delays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Currently we ship only within Germany — reach out at alishulgin10@gmail.com if you need international delivery.

Lost or damaged in transit? Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery and we'll sort it out.
