By placing an order with 'Die Trödeltante', you agree to the following:

All items are secondhand and sold as described, with photos representing the actual condition of each piece. Minor signs of wear are normal for pre-loved goods and are part of their character — we call out any significant flaws in the listing.

Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues, in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Once an order ships, ownership and risk transfer to the buyer per our Shipping Policy. Our Refund Policy governs returns and damage claims.

We may update these terms as the shop grows — the version live at the time of your order applies.
